Dragon Perfect World: 2 accounts per PC on 1.8.9
Dragon Perfect World is a Vietnamese 1.8.9 server, with its website also in English, that moved from 1.8.7 to 1.8.9 on September 12, 2026. Its multi-client rule came with that update: 2 accounts per PC. It publishes no rule on bots, macros or multibox programs, so ask on the Discord before using one.

Client “189”, one download per language (download page: “Version 1.8.9, 6 Races & 18 Classes”). It doesn’t say whether it’s 64-bit.
From the Dragon PW website and the 1.8.9 update notice, as recorded in PW Overlay’s database on October 21, 2026, when the Discord “Dragon PW 1.8.9” had 508 members (65 online). The team has announced a 2nd server.
How to use PW Overlay here
- Two accounts per PC: since the 1.8.9 update (September 12, 2026), Dragon allows 2 accounts per PC, your main and one alt. PW Overlay doesn’t cap how many accounts it opens, so keep it at 2 yourself.
- The same notice makes an exception for the Huy Chương Vàng event in Thần Nguyệt Cốc: “HCV có thể chạy 2 acc, tối đa 6 acc” (“HCV can run 2 accounts, 6 at most”). How the 6 are counted isn’t written: ask before bringing more than 2.
- There’s no rule on programs: the Terms of Service page is still template text. Before turning on PW Overlay’s party, buffs, assist, follow, combo and Attack together features, ask on the Dragon PW Discord (discord.gg/Z9x4SK8brM) and keep the reply. The website footer still links discord.gg/seapw, an invite that no longer works (it belonged to SEA Perfect World).
- PW Overlay hasn’t been tested on the 1.8.9 client, and the download page doesn’t say whether it’s 64-bit (the app doesn’t recognize 64-bit clients yet). If it runs, the first time you form a party it asks you to show it the party buttons; what changes in modern clients is on the version 1.8.7 page.
- PW Overlay doesn’t inject DLLs, doesn’t change the game’s memory and doesn’t touch packets: it sends keys and clicks through Windows itself.
- Vietnam has two more pages here: TGHMFAM, a 1.5.5 server that doesn’t ban owning several accounts, and the official Thế Giới Hoàn Mỹ, which bans any tool that interferes with the game.
