Thế Giới Hoàn Mỹ: the official PW Vietnam and multi-client tools

Thế Giới Hoàn Mỹ (TGHM) is the official Perfect World in Vietnam, run by DECO (Quang Minh DEC). On multi-client, its Participation Agreement is strict: rule 3 bans any hardware or software tool that interferes with the game, which by the letter covers every PW Overlay feature that acts in the game; running several accounts isn’t mentioned.

Not sure? Ask in writing

Hi! I play several accounts with PW Overlay. On Thế Giới Hoàn Mỹ (official, DECO), can I use a program for open and log in the accounts? If so, could you confirm it in writing? Thanks!

Window limit: none written

Penalties can hit: account

Key passages

Participation Agreement, “Prohibited behaviors” no. 3: “Sử dụng bất kỳ công cụ nào cả phần cứng lẫn phần mềm để can thiệp vào trò chơi…” (any hardware or software tool used to interfere with the game, to cheat or to get benefits that normal play doesn’t give)
Same list, no. 2: decoding or modifying the database or any game file, or trying to interfere with or decode the messages between client and server
Same agreement: some serious violations get the account locked at once, without notice (“bị khóa ngay tài khoản mà không cần thông báo trước”); nothing on several accounts or window limits

What PW Overlay does here (and what you keep off)

The app doesn’t recognize this client yet: the server card in the app says “1st time on this client”, and the first time you teach it the party buttons (it asks on its own).
The app doesn’t have this server’s rules yet: the first time you use each feature, it warns that nobody has checked them and asks whether you want to go ahead. Answer by this server’s rules, below.
The rules here ban combo, form and disband the party, buffs, assist (leader’s target), and follow the leader: don’t use these features.
The rules say nothing about open and log in the accounts: ask the server staff before turning them on.
Premium: the rules here ban every paid feature. Premium is no use here.

How to use PW Overlay here

Don’t use PW Overlay’s party, buffs, assist, follow, combo and Attack together features here: rule 3 of the Participation Agreement bans any hardware or software tool that interferes with the game, and serious violations get the account locked at once, without notice.
Several accounts aren’t mentioned, and neither is a window limit. Whether opening and logging in with a program falls under rule 3 isn’t clear: ask through the official website (home.thegioihoanmy.vn) before using any program, and keep the reply. DECO doesn’t list a Discord.
PW Overlay hasn’t been tested on the official client (version code 533, a ~32 GB installer), and the download page doesn’t say whether it’s 64-bit, which the app doesn’t support yet.
PW Overlay doesn’t inject DLLs, doesn’t change the game’s memory and doesn’t touch packets: it sends keys and clicks through Windows itself. Rule 2 bans modifying game files or intercepting what the client and server send each other, and PW Overlay does neither; under rule 3, though, what counts is whether a tool interferes with the game, and that’s the staff’s call.
Vietnam’s private servers have their own rules: Dragon Perfect World allows 2 accounts per PC, and TGHMFAM doesn’t ban owning several accounts.
