Who sells Premium
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders outside Brazil. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payments and handles returns. PW Overlay and Premium are made by MARCO AURELIO MOREIRA DOS ANJOS TECNOLOGIA LTDA, a Brazilian company (CNPJ 55.131.893/0001-04, Av. Brig. Faria Lima, 1572, Suite 1022, São Paulo, SP, 01451-917, Brazil). In Brazil, purchases in Brazilian reais are sold directly by MARCO AURELIO MOREIRA DOS ANJOS TECNOLOGIA LTDA and are covered by the Portuguese version of these terms.
What Premium is
PW Overlay Premium is a subscription that unlocks the paid features of PW Overlay, the desktop app for Perfect World. It is tied to the PW Overlay account you subscribe with and works on any PC where you sign in with that account.
Prices and billing
Plans: Monthly $9.99; 3 months $19.99; 6 months $34.99; Yearly $59.99. Prices are in US dollars; at checkout Paddle may show the amount in your local currency and adds any sales tax or VAT your country requires. You pay upfront at the start of each period. On the longer plans we show a monthly figure only for comparison: you are charged the full amount of the period.
Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, for the same price and with the same payment method, until you cancel. Paddle emails you a receipt for every payment.
Cancellation
You can cancel the renewal anytime, with no fee, from the link in any Paddle receipt or by contacting us. Premium stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing else is charged.
Refunds and the 7-day guarantee
On your 1st purchase you have 7 days to ask for a full refund, for any reason: email contato@pwoverlay.com or reply to your Paddle receipt. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, and Premium is removed from your account once the refund is processed. Renewals are not refunded for the current period: if you cancel, Premium stays on until the end of it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
When a renewal payment fails
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle tries again over the following days and emails you a link to update your payment method. If the payment still does not go through, Premium stops at the end of the paid period and comes back as soon as you pay.
Partner coupons
Partner coupons and links give a discount on the 1st payment only; from the 2nd payment on, the full price of the plan applies. The discount shows on the order before you pay.
Price changes
If the price changes, we let you know before your next renewal, and the new price only applies from the following period. You can cancel before that at no cost.
Minors
If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase and agree to these terms.
If PW Overlay shuts down
If we discontinue Premium before the end of a period you paid for, we refund the amount for the remaining days to your payment method.
Server rules
You are responsible for following the rules of the server you play on: PW Overlay does not block features based on the server. The summary of server rules we publish on the Servers page is for information only, with its source and the date it was checked, and does not replace the official rules or the word of the server staff. Premium does not entitle you to use features your server forbids, and your game account is your responsibility.
