How it works
From proposal to payout in 3 steps

Ask for your proposal
Send your channel or server link to parcerias@pwoverlay.com or on Discord. The proposal arrives by email with your rate, coupon, link, an earnings simulator and the full agreement, so you can read it before accepting.

Accept it on the portal
Sign in at parceiros.pwoverlay.com with Discord, Google or an email code and accept. Your link and coupon go live right away.

Share and follow along
Post with your link and the ready-made texts from your dashboard. The dashboard shows clicks, sales and what you’ll get paid: commissions close on the 20th of every month, and outside Brazil the payout goes by Wise, PayPal or bank transfer within 5 business days.
Everything that counts is in the partner agreement (version 3.2), which comes with your proposal and stays in the Agreement tab of your dashboard. The Portuguese original prevails, and a change of rate or rules only applies if you accept a new proposal.

A short link (pwoverlay.com/r/your-code) and a sub-link per video (?v=name), so you can see what each video brought in.

YouTube description, pinned comment, caption for Shorts, Reels and TikTok, bio link, a 15-second line and a 60-second script, already with your link and coupon. Plus the PW Overlay cover image and logo.

Server rules built in
Every text already says “only use what your server allows”, and each server’s rules, with the source, is on the server list for you to quote.

Clicks from the last 30 days, sales and what you’ll get paid, with an alert by email or on your Discord for every new subscription.

Partner Premium
Today the free app comes with everything unlocked, so you can record right away. When subscriptions open, Partner Premium stays on your account for as long as the partnership lasts.
Record without showing logins
Before recording, turn on Recording mode in Settings → General: it hides logins, email and folders, and the overlay shows the class instead of the login. It’s in the free version.
Server owners
Run a PW server? It works for you too
Your server gets its own link and coupon: your players get 10% off their first Premium payment, and you keep 30% of the net amount of every payment that comes through it, for 12 months. Nothing changes in the game: it’s extra income to help keep the server running.
Your server’s rules go on the server list, with the source link and the date we checked it. If the server staff confirm in writing that our reading is right, in a post or a message with a link, its page gets the “Confirmed by the server staff” mark, with the date and the link to that confirmation. Being a partner doesn’t earn that mark or change how we read the rules.

Honest promotion, the kind players trust
Straight from the partner agreement, no fine print:
- Say it’s an ad right at the start of the video or post (#ad), as the law of your country requires.
- Only promise what the app does and what the rules of your audience’s server allow.
- Don’t say the app goes unnoticed by servers, works on any server or that today’s free features will be free forever.
- PW Overlay isn’t made by Perfect World or by any server: don’t say it is.
- No spam, no paid search ads using the brand, no fake accounts or self-referrals.
It’s the same PW Overlay commitment the app follows. Breaking these rules allows us to end the partnership right away and cancel the commissions tied to the breach; whatever is pending is held until we settle it, paying or cancelling, within 30 days.
Questions from future partners
How much do I earn?
30% of the net amount of every payment from people who come through you, for 12 months from each person’s first purchase: the first payment and every renewal. Net means what they paid minus taxes and the payment processor’s fee. On the $9.99 monthly plan, that’s about $2 per subscriber per month; the simulator in your proposal does the math with your rate.
When do I get paid?
On the 20th of every month we close the commissions from payments made up to the previous month; each payment waits 7 days, the guarantee period, before it counts. Outside Brazil, the money goes by Wise, PayPal or bank transfer within 5 business days of the closing (or of you sending any missing details). Below R$ 50 (Brazilian reais), it rolls over to the next month. Amounts are in reais and converted to your currency; any tax Brazilian law requires us to withhold is deducted and shown on your statement.
Do I need a big channel?
The agreement has no minimum follower count. Send us your channel or server: every partnership comes as a proposal, and the rate can change with the size of your audience.
I run a server. Can I join?
Yes. Your server gets its own link and coupon and it works the same way: 10% off the first payment for your players and the commission on every payment that comes through, for 12 months.
Who counts as my referral?
Anyone who uses your coupon at checkout, on any device: the coupon always wins. Without a coupon, the last link clicked before subscribing counts, for 90 days, in the browser where it was clicked. Only people who never subscribed to Premium, or have gone 90 days or more without it, count.
What if someone asks for a refund?
The first purchase has a 7-day guarantee, and every payment’s commission waits those 7 days before it enters a closing: if the payment is refunded, the commission drops before it’s paid and nothing comes out of what you already received. A chargeback that arrives after the commission was paid is deducted from your next payouts.
I don’t live in Brazil. Can I join?
Most likely, yes: payouts outside Brazil go by Wise, PayPal or bank transfer. A few countries aren’t open yet, so tell us where you live when you ask for a proposal.
